- Objective: Gain a solid understanding of how data is structured within Salesforce, focusing on objects, fields, and relationships.
- Activities: Learn how to customize standard and custom objects, work with relationships like lookup and master-detail, and how to manage data integrity.
4. Reports & Dashboards
- Objective: Learn how to create and manage reports and dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
