  • Activities: Hands-on sessions guiding users through Salesforce?s Lightning Experience and Classic interface, with a focus on common tasks like record management, object relationships, and navigation tips.

3. Data Model

  • Objective: Gain a solid understanding of how data is structured within Salesforce, focusing on objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Activities: Learn how to customize standard and custom objects, work with relationships like lookup and master-detail, and how to manage data integrity.

4. Reports & Dashboards

  • Objective: Learn how to create and manage reports and dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Activities: Hands-on exercises to design custom reports, set up filters, and use advanced features like summary reports and dashboards to interpret data effectively.
